Q: What types of events do you draw at?
A: I draw live caricatures for weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, conferences, festivals, family reunions, grand openings—you name it! Whether it’s a formal gala or a backyard celebration, I add fun, interactive entertainment your guests will love.

Q: How many caricatures can you draw per hour?
A: I average 12–15 black-and-white pictures per hour (or 6–8 in full color). For large events, you can book multiple hours or add a second artist. I have artist friends I can ask!

Q: How long can you draw and do your hands start to hurt?
A: The longest event I’ve done was over 8 hours of straight drawing with one break. My hands never start to hurt, I’ve been drawing/writing my whole life! Only physical limitation is that my eyes start to strain if the lighting is poor.

Q: What areas do you serve?
A: I’m based in Charleston, South Carolina, and travel up to 6 hours for events. Serving:

  • Atlanta, GA

  • Charlotte, NC

  • Jacksonville, FL

  • Raleigh, NC

  • Columbia, SC

  • Savannah, GA
    …and anywhere in between! If you’re unsure, just ask—I love a good road trip.

    I’ve also done several events in Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.

Q: What do you bring, and what do I need to provide?
A: I bring all my own supplies, including paper, pens, and a professional setup. I just need a well-lit area with a couple of chairs. For outdoor events, please provide a shaded area or tent. I can bring a table and tablecloth, or function on any table setup your event venue provides.

Q: Do you offer custom event branding (logos, hashtags, etc.)?
A: Absolutely! I can add custom headers, event logos, or hashtags to each drawing to match your theme, brand, or occasion.

Q: Can guests take home their caricatures the same day?
A: Yes! Guests leave with their caricature in hand. I also provide protective sealable plastic sleeves.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: As early as possible! Weekend dates and wedding seasons fill fast, especially in Charleston, Savannah, and Jacksonville. A 50% deposit secures your spot.

Q: What kind of artwork can I order?
A: I offer:

Each piece is personalized to match your vision and includes your choice of digital or printed delivery.

Q: How long does a custom order take?
A: Most digital orders are completed within 7 business days. Rush orders are available for an additional fee. For holiday gifts, please order early! Oil paintings take the longest, an average of 21 - 30 days minimum turnaround time.

Q: How do I submit photos for a caricature or portrait?
A: After filling out the
Order Form, you’ll be able to upload clear, front-facing photos of each subject. The better the photo, the better the likeness!

Q: Can I review the artwork before it's finalized?
A: Yes! I’ll send you a preview to approve or request edits before final delivery. I want you to love your artwork.

Q: Do you offer physical prints?
A: Yes! You can choose from digital-only or add high-quality prints shipped directly to your door (shipping fees may apply).

💳 PAYMENTS & POLICIES

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: I accept Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, checks, or cash for in-person events. You’ll receive your invoice through Square for maximum security on both ends.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date or begin a custom artwork order. The remaining balance is due the day of the event or upon final delivery.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate. For weather-related cancellations, we can apply your deposit to a future date.
